How does the Zero-Capex BOOT Steam Model work?
Under our Build-Own-Operate-Transfer (BOOT) framework, TESPL funds 100% of the capital expenditure needed for the boiler plant, fuel feeding automation, water treatment system, and bag filter air-pollution controls. We install and operate the equipment inside your facility under a long-term utility contract. You only pay for the actual metric tons of dry steam consumed, measured via calibrated vortex flow meters.
Who is responsible for IBR licensing and statutory safety renewals?
TESPL takes full turnkey responsibility for all statutory obligations. This includes Indian Boiler Regulations (IBR) registration, annual boiler inspector hydro-testing, State Pollution Control Board (SPCB) consent renewals, continuous emission monitoring systems (CEMS) calibration, and factory inspector compliance.
How does TESPL protect clients from solid fuel market volatility?
Because TESPL is part of the Taranjot Group, we have direct backward integration with Taranjot Resources—one of India's established coal and solid fuel importers with port logistics and rail siding agreements. Additionally, our agricultural pellet manufacturing centers ensure guaranteed biomass availability, shielding your steam cost from spot-market spikes.
What uptime guarantee does TESPL provide?
We back our utility supply with a binding 98.5% Service Level Agreement (SLA). Our installations feature automated standby boiler redundancy, on-site fuel safety stock (minimum 15–30 days reserve), 24/7 certified maintenance teams, and rapid-response spare parts inventory to ensure your manufacturing never halts.
Can our existing boiler plant be upgraded or converted to biomass?
Yes. TESPL regularly retrofits existing industrial boilers with fluidised-bed or reciprocating grate combusters capable of 100% biomass pellet firing. We also offer comprehensive O&M agreements for client-owned boilers where we take over fuel sourcing, operation, and efficiency optimization.
